Dawet, daweeeet !..... yes maybe a name that is not foreign. In place by another name you might suppose that the ice cendol. Dawet made from corn starch and in the given colorant, elongated size 2 to 3 cm, sometimes green, red, white, and black. Dawet ice blended drink with coconut milk and sugar Java, so delicious when served cold. We present Dawet black ice, the main ingredient of natural materials, from straw (leaf stalks of rice which should have been dried), without dyes, and also with no preservatives, this is the typical black Dawet iced drinks from us ..... We Ireng Dawet named ice, because the color is distinctive blackish color. The word "Ireng" itself comes from the Javanese word that means black.
