LANJUKANG ISLAND

Lanjukang Island, also called Lanyukang Island, or Island Laccukang, an outer island, a distance of 40 km from the city of Makassar, including Barrang Caddi Village, District Land Edge. To reach this island from the city of Makassar, there is no regular transport, but for tourists to use chartered boat (the boat) with engine 40 PK for 10 passengers with a rental fee of Rp. 1.OOO.OOO, - (round trip) Elongated shape of this island southwest - northeast, with a broad reach over 6 ha, with a surrounding reef flat area of ​​11 ha. The condition of coral reefs around the island are generally still good and very interesting for snorkeling activities. We can find various kinds of species of corals, soft corals, reef fish and ornamental fish and marine life.
