Microsoft Windows 7 to be launched at the end of 2009

ANTARA News) - Microsoft was planning to launch its new Windows software named Windows 7 at the end of 2009, Windows Client Product Manager of PT Microsoft Indonesia, Lukman Susetio, said here Thursday."Windows 7 will be launched at the end of 2009 for corporate used while retailers will have it starting early of 2010," Lukman said. The manager explained though Microsoft had announced that Windows 7 (Beta version) was down loadable since January 7 to February 10, 2009, Microsoft would still launched the new product at the end of 2009. Lukman predicted there would be 2,5 million people downloading the new Windows 7 around the world. Microsoft, he said, were waiting for people`s response towards the product. The manager also said Windows 7 would be easier and faster to be used compared to previous version. "Windows 7 allows people to do new things," Lukman said adding that the product had 50 new features with more efficient battery use. Asked about the price of the gadget, Lukman stated that Microsoft yet to decide about the exact price. "One thing for sure, the price won`t be higher than previous product Windows Vista of US$ 95 and have been sold for 100 licenses around the world," he said. (*) Post from :ANTARA News

Puro Mangkunegaran established by Raden Mas Said, who is often known as Prince Sambernyawa. Built at the Treaty of Salatiga, March 13, 1757. Raden Mas Said later crowned as Prince Mangkunegoro I.
