Ada 381 Ribu Virus Selama Desember

TEMPO Interaktif, Jakarta: Perusahaan antivirus Kaspersky Lab mendeteksi adanya 381.990 virus dan program berbahaya yang terdeteksi antivirus.Kaspersky selama bulan Desember 2008. Jumlah ini menurun ketimbang November dengan selisih 7.500 virus.

Virus.Win32.Sality.aa dan Packed.Win32.Krap.b adalah virus yang paling banyak menginfeksi pengguna. Komposisi ini tak berubah sejak November. Virus ini menyebar melalui cara klasik, yaitu melalui perangkat bergerak. Salah satu fenomena menarik adalah Virus.Win32.Alman.b yang meloncat ke peringkat 10 pada Desember. Virus ini bertugas mencuri password dalam permainan online yang memuncak pada Desember. Adapun pendatang baru adalah Trojan.HTML.Agent.ai, Trojan-Downlder.JS.Agent.czm, dan Worm.Win32.Autolt.ar. Ketiganya memakai bahasa pemrograman Autolt. Bahasa ini sangat mudah dikuasai sehingga darinya banyak tercipta program-program berbahaya. Namun, ada pula malware yang tak standar seperti Trojan-Downloader.WMA.GetCodec. Malware ini akan melahirkan berkas terunduh bernama P2p-Worm.Win32.Nugg.w saat pengguna memutar berkas multimedia. Worm akan mengubah namanya menjadi berkas-berkas CODEC yang menarik seperti hot remix.mp3 dan sebagainya. Pengguna yang terpancing dan mengklik berkas ini, akan otomatis menyebarkan "penyakit" tersebut. Kaspersky Lab menyebutkan, berkas-berkas multimedia sepatutnya tak dipercayai begitu saja.
